OutSet Application 2020
OutSet is The Young Filmmakers Project from the Los Angeles LGBT Center and Outfest. OutSet is the only LGBTQ Film School in existence today, and is currently admitting 15 new filmmaking fellows for our 2020 cycle. Classes take place on Thursdays (6:30pm - 9:30pm) and Saturdays (10:00am - 1:00pm) from January through May, 2020. This application will take 30 minutes to complete, so please leave enough time to complete thoroughly. Please fill out the application below and email outset@outfest.org with any questions. All applications will be reviewed and narrowed down to 25-30 candidates who will be contacted for in person interviews.

A pitch is a presentation of an idea for a film generally made by the screenwriter or director to a producer or studio executive in the hope of attracting financing to pay for the making of the film.
